Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
We will accept return requests up to 7 days after delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.
- Contact us at info.maduwellness@gmail.com explaining the reasons and attaching the proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will check and notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the status of your refund process.
- Processing and issuance refund can take up to 5 business days from collection.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be:
- In the original packaging, with all tags and in the same condition you received it;
- The products must be unwashed and unused. We recommend trying the product on without any perfume or makeup.
We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Return for Exchange on Full-Priced Items - Enjoy one complimentary pickup per order (not applicable to sale items). A fee of 20 AED will apply for each additional shipment.
Return for Refund - A 20 AED courier fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return for Exchange on Sale Items - 20 AED courier fees will be applied.
* Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
** Please note that it might take up to 14 days for a refund reflect in your account your card issuer's policies.
